Description

Stunning Mid-Century Modern table lamp featuring a hand-crafted ceramic vase-form body with a heavily textured mauve and white speckled glaze finish. The organic gourd-shaped base tapers to an elegant elongated neck, a hallmark of 1950s-1960s studio ceramic design. Mounted on a polished brass stepped square base with a rubber ring separator. The lamp is complete with its original or period-appropriate cream/natural linen drum shade with a thin rust/red trim detail at the base. Shade appears clean and structurally sound. Lamp body is in good condition with no visible chips or cracks noted — the textured surface is characteristic of the glaze style, not damage. Estimated dimensions: approximately 28-32 inches total height with shade. Shade diameter approximately 14 inches. Buyer is responsible for verifying electrical safety before use. Ships carefully double-boxed; shade and base will be packed separately. Local pickup welcome. Shades are stained and included - we have NOT tried to clean them.
