Offered here is a stunning antique mahogany chest of drawers featuring a raised gallery superstructure with three small drawers, decorative scalloped pediment, and intricate lattice fretwork side panels supported by turned brass-capped columns. The main body features five graduated drawers with original brass bail pull hardware and working lock escutcheons — hallmarks of quality period construction consistent with Chippendale or Hepplewhite styling, likely late 18th to early 19th century. Condition is Good for age. The piece is structurally sound with tight joinery. Surface shows honest wear including scattered scratches and some finish inconsistency on the lower drawer fronts. Brass hardware retains its aged patina. The gallery top and fretwork are intact and undamaged, which is rare. Bracket feet are solid with no repairs visible.
